目的:评价乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心临床实验室全血细胞计数测定结果的准确性和实验室所处的水平。方法:由宝鸡市临床检验质控中心向各参评单位每年发放2次质控品,每一次发放5个不同批号的质控品。在规定的时间内测定白细胞计数,红细胞计数,血红蛋白测定,红细胞比容,血小板计数。将测定结果通过宝鸡市临床检验质控中心室间质量评价网络上报系统进行回报。所有数据由该系统收集、处理和分析。室间质量评价系统设置采用加权均值,CLIA′88推荐允许误差范围,为可接受误差。评价标准参照《临床实验室室间质量评价要求》(GB/20032301-T-361)执行。结果:参评单位全血细胞计数5次室间质量评价总成绩合格率(PT≥80%)依次为38.2%、43.9%、46.5%、65.0%、72.1%合格率逐次提高(χ2=37.18,P<0.005)。结论:参加全血细胞计数室间质量评价,有助于评估实验室的检测能力,及时发现和解决实验过程中存在的问题,提高检测结果的质量,减小实验误差,保证检验结果的准确性。
Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of the results of the whole blood count measurement in clinical laboratories of township hospitals and community health service centers and the level of laboratories. Methods: Quality control products were distributed twice a year by the clinical testing quality control center of Baoji City to each of the participating agencies, and five quality control products of different batches were distributed each time. Determination of the white blood cell count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin determination, hematocrit, and platelet count within the prescribed time. The results of the test by the Baoji City Center for Quality Control of clinical laboratory quality evaluation network reporting system for return. All data is collected, processed and analyzed by the system. Room quality evaluation system settings using a weighted average, CLIA’88 recommended allowable error range, acceptable error. Evaluation criteria with reference to “clinical laboratory room quality evaluation requirements” (GB / 20032301-T-361) implementation. Results: The qualified rate of total interquartile quality assessment (PT≥80%) was 38.2%, 43.9%, 46.5%, 65.0% and 72.1% respectively (χ2 = 37.18, P < 0.005). Conclusion: To participate in the evaluation of inter-laboratory quality of whole blood cell count is helpful to evaluate the testing ability of the laboratory, discover and solve the problems existing in the experiment in time, improve the quality of the test results, reduce the experimental error and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
