In the autumn of October, there was another good news from toll booths in the province of Sulu: they took home the 2003 National Excellent Quality Management Team and Achievements Award in Transportation Industry. The award focused on the “high intensity” quality management awareness of all employees and highlighted the “enterprising spirit of all employees” who never stopped slamming behind the scenes.
