目的分析多药耐药基因(MDR1)多态性对儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)发病风险的影响。方法全面检索、收集探索MDR1基因多态性与儿童ALL发生关系的研究,纳入文献质量评估和原始资料提取,应用RevMan 5,1对原始数据进行异质性检验和效应值合并,漏斗图评估发表性偏倚。结果共纳入8篇文献,包括儿童ALL患者1380例,对照1427例。系统评价结果示,MDR1基因3435位点CT、TT的合并OR及95%CI分别为0.70(0.47,1.05),1.71(1.02,2.86),对应Z值分别为1.74(P=0.08),2.04(P=0.04)。结论 MDR1基因3435TT基因型是儿童ALL发生的易感因素。
Objective To analyze the effect of multidrug resistance gene (MDR1) polymorphism on the risk of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Methods A comprehensive search was conducted to explore the relationship between MDR1 gene polymorphism and ALL in children and to evaluate the quality of the literature and the extraction of the original data. Hepatology data were heterogeneously tested using RevMan 5,1 and the effect values were merged. Sexual bias. Results A total of 8 articles were included, including 1,380 children with ALL and 1427 controls. According to the results of the systematic review, the OR and 95% CI of CT and TT of MDR1 gene were 0.70 (0.47,1.05) and 1.71 (1.02,2.86) respectively, corresponding to Z values of 1.74 (P = 0.08) and 2.04 (P = P = 0.04). Conclusion MDR1 gene 3435TT genotype is a predisposing factor for childhood ALL.
