2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)已广泛用作多种金属离子的萃取光度法分析。我们在对钴、镉与该试剂及非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)体系的增溶效果的条件研究及应用的基础上,对Cu(Ⅱ)-5-Br-PADAP-OP体系的反应条件进行了研究与应用,结果证明,在碱性环境、粉紫红色的Cu-5-Br-PADAP络合物瞬间形成,最大吸收波长在530nm,络合物组成为1∶2(铜:试剂),摩尔吸光系数为1.5×10~5;铜量在0~16μg/25ml服从比尔定律。试验部分
2- (5-Bromo-2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) has been extensively used as an extraction spectrophotometric assay for a variety of metal ions. Based on the research and application of the solubilizing effect of Cobalt and cadmium with this reagent and non-ionic surfactant polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether (OP) system, we studied the solubilities of Cu (Ⅱ) -5-Br -PADAP-OP system. The results show that the complex of Cu-5-Br-PADAP with a purplish red color forms in an instant with the maximum absorption wavelength at 530 nm, 1: 2 (copper: reagent), molar extinction coefficient of 1.5 × 10 ~ 5; the amount of copper in 0 ~ 16μg / 25ml obey Bill’s law.
