利用Lau 效应的干涉条纹,本文提出一种可变灵敏度的莫尔等高测量方法,推导了这种等高测量的数学表达式,分析了两光栅的间隔和测量灵敏度的关系。
Using the Lau fringe interference fringes, this paper presents a Moire contouring method with variable sensitivity. The mathematical expression of this contouring is deduced. The relationship between the spacings and measuring sensitivities of the two gratings is analyzed.
