近几年来,由于党中央和国务院采取了一系列有力措施,把住宅建设放在城市建设的首位,城市住宅施工、竣工量大幅度增加。如石家庄市近两年新建住宅施工面积均达百万平方米。但石家庄市新建住宅98%为砖木结构,这种建筑体系与其他建筑体系相比,抗震性能较差。1976年唐山地震的震害调查表明,住宅的抗震能力是关系到千家万户生命财产的安全,造福子孙后代的大事。因此,研究提高砖木结构房屋的抗震能力,具有重要的意义。
In recent years, due to a series of effective measures taken by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, housing construction has been placed first in urban construction, and the construction and completion of urban housing has increased substantially. For example, the construction area of newly built residential buildings in Shijiazhuang City has reached 1 million square meters in the past two years. However, 98% of new residential buildings in Shijiazhuang are brick-wood structures. Compared with other building systems, this type of building system has poor seismic performance. The earthquake damage investigation of the Tangshan earthquake in 1976 showed that the earthquake resistance of residential buildings is a major issue that affects the safety of millions of households’ lives and property and benefits future generations. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how to improve the earthquake resistance of brick-and-wood structure houses.
