My father has been fighting in front of me, during which time I visited Yan’an twice. Once received a higher order, arrived at Yan’an Jianfei Airport from the front; one was sent to Yan’an rescue by his comrades after fighting wounded with the Japanese. In September 1938, his father received an order asking him to bring two companies together and return to Yan’an.
