世纪之交,美国和俄罗斯海军不约而同地对各自最具代表性的大型驱逐舰“阿利·伯克”级和“现代”级开始实施大规模的改进计划。实际上,这两型驱逐舰从出世起技术改进就从未间断过,但如此大规模的改进,却均属首次。特别是在冷战结束,美、俄两国海军战略均做出重大调整的情况下,其改进计划就更加显得耐人寻味,从中也不难看出两国海军对未来驱逐舰发展的指导思想。美国“阿利·伯克”级驱逐舰及其改进设计方案
