分析小方坯表面裂纹缺陷的产生原因及对铸坯质量的影响,确定表面裂纹缺陷质量评判函数。根据各工艺参数对表面裂纹影响程度的大小,分配评判函数中的权重值。采用了一种动态权重的分配方法以适应不同的工况要求。以生产厂小方坯实际生产数据为样本,收集连铸工艺参数,并进行对比验证。小方坯表面裂纹缺陷在线质量预报显示,模型判定结果与生产实际检测结果相符,预报的准确率超过预期目标值,达到了预报和分析连铸坯质量的目的。
Analysis of the surface billet defects caused by the billet and the impact on the quality of the slab to determine the quality of surface crack defect evaluation function.
