我校是今年9月开始进行新一轮课程改革实验的。此前,我已在关心课改精神,尝试按新课程的理念进行教学。按照新课程让学生自主学习、自行探究、自由创造的理念,我在日常教学中鼓励学生带着从生活中发现的问题进入课堂,我在课堂上进行讲述,然后再让学生根据我的讲解去探索解决问题的方法与步骤,并建构知识体系。对于这样的学习方式,一开始学生热情很高。但通过一段时间的实践,我发现事情远远没有想像的这么简单。首先,长期以接受式学习为主的学生很难一下子适应如此开放的学习方式,主要体现在分析问题的能力不够、搜寻处理资料的能力不够;其次,学生自由选题,涉及面很广,每个人遇到的问题不尽相同,教师很难根据每个学生的具体情况加以指点,
