文章通过查阅文献资料法、问卷调查法和实验法对攻防练习在跆拳道教学中的作用以及所产生的教学效果进行调查分析。结果表明:在跆拳道课的讲解、示范、练习等教学过程中贯穿攻防练习内容,使之与技术动作的教学有机结合,能增进学生对跆拳道文化内涵的深层认识和技术动作的理解,在增加学生学习跆拳道兴趣的同时,明显提高了跆拳道课的教学质量和魅力。
The article investigates and analyzes the role of offensive and defensive practice in taekwondo teaching and the teaching effect by referring to literature, questionnaire and experiment. The results show that through the teaching of taekwondo course, teaching and demonstrating, practicing and other teaching process through the offensive and defensive content, so that the combination of teaching and technical action can enhance students’ understanding of taekwondo’s cultural connotations and understanding of technical action in the increase of students Taekwondo interest in learning at the same time, significantly improving the teaching quality and charm of Taekwondo.
