由专家参与的决策过程中,存在许多不确定、不精确、基至不可测的因素。传统的决策方法无法体现这些在专家决策过程中非常重要的因素。本文在一类MADM问题中引入模糊集来表示专家所提出的决策目标或约束,并与传统的决策方法相结合,提出了基于模糊集的专家决策方法。本文首次提出满意度的概念,并将其作为决策的依据。所述示例表明了此法在技术决策中的适用性。
In the decision-making process involving experts, there are many uncertainties, inaccuracies, and unbelievable factors. Traditional decision-making methods can not reflect these very important factors in the expert decision-making process. In this paper, fuzzy sets are introduced into a class of MADM problems to represent the decision-making goals or constraints proposed by experts. Combined with the traditional decision-making methods, an expert decision-making method based on fuzzy sets is proposed. This paper presents the concept of satisfaction for the first time and uses it as a basis for decision-making. The example shows the applicability of this method in technical decision-making.
