内地西藏班作为一种利用内地优势教育资源和师资为西藏培养学生的教学形式,在维护国家统一、民族团结和促进民族繁荣中发挥了重大的作用。但随着这一政策的进一步实施和贯彻,我们有必要对西藏班的教学现状做一个分析,可以发现存在的问题,以期可以完善内地西藏班的教学管理。文章以华东D中学为案例,从教学组织形式、教育教学过程和学生管理三个方面进行了分析,并提出了针对性的建议和对策。
As a teaching form that uses the superior educational resources and teachers in the Mainland to train students in Tibet, the Mainland Tibetan Class has played a significant role in safeguarding national unity, national unity and promoting national prosperity.
