采用16CrNi3A钢研究了预先形变热处理强化机制。试样经冷拔变形(64%)后,加热至不同温度(660~1150℃)并保温不同时间(5~60min),然后淬火。结果表明,预先形变后的淬火加热温度和奥氏体晶内的亚组织对强度均有影响。因此应从晶粒细化强化和亚组织强化两方而来研究预先形变热处理强化机制。适当温度的中间处理可使晶内形成稳定的胞状位错亚组织。这种亚组织能通过α→γ→α’相变而被马氏体所继承,从而使形变强化效果得到遗传。
The strengthening mechanism of pre-deformation heat treatment was investigated using 16CrNi3A steel. The samples were cold-drawn (64%), heated to different temperatures (660 ~ 1150 ℃) and incubated at different times (5 ~ 60min), and then quenched. The results show that the pre-deformation quenching temperature and austenite within the sub-organizations have an impact on the strength. Therefore, both the grain refinement strengthening and the strengthening of the sub-organization should study the pre-deformation heat treatment strengthening mechanism. The proper temperature of the intermediate treatment can form a stable intracellular dislocation cell structure. This sub-organization can be inherited by the martensite through the transformation of α → γ → α ’, so that the effect of strengthening the deformation is inherited.
