春季开学以后,临近毕业的班次,是最后一个学期。这一学期,一般学习空气都比往年濃厚。学生大都知道自觉地用功;教师为了完成教学計划,总結教学經驗,工作計划性更强;家长期望子女很好地結业,督促加勤,形成学习上的紧張风气,那是极自然的。尤其在高中毕业班,这样情况,更为突出。但学习上的紧張情况不能越过一定限度。越过了,就出现过度紧張,发生劳逸失調;甚至学生的精神也处在过渡紧張状态。根据过去經驗,造成过度紧張有多种原因。教学計划沒有完成,这一学期要赶进度,把毕业考試和升学考試摆在不适当的位置,
