文章首先阐述了公共部门存在的“委托—代理”关系,再以委托代理理论为理论基础建立起了激励约束模型。最后通过模型对我国公务员激励约束机制进行了分析并提出了相关对策建议。
The article first expounds the relationship between “entrust-agent” existing in the public sector, and then establishes the incentive-constraint model based on the principal-agent theory. Finally, this paper analyzes the incentive and restraint mechanism of civil servants in our country and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
