本文用技术装备、机构原理和某些工业国家发展的历史分析的方法,阐述现代化技术装备的本质特征。对技术装备的研究、制造问题,应当按着控制论与相似理论的思路建立多学科的研制体系。为了在技术装备服役的全过程中,获得最佳效果(主要是经济效果),在德国黑森(Hoesch)、日本高效维修圆形模式的基础上,笔者提出“螺旋导进模式”的概念。还针对我国设备管理和“无维修设计”的发展方向问题,提出一些见解。本文内容:一、“技术装备”的概念;二、技术装备现代化的标志;三、关于技术装备的研究课题;四、建立多学科的技术装备研制体制;五、探索法的“开拓者”;六、小结;七、设备综合工程学与圆形模式;八、我国技术装备管理中的问题;九、建立技术装备工程学——“螺旋导进模式”研制系统;十、技术装备工程流线图;十一、结语。
In this paper, the essential features of modern technology and equipment are described using technical equipment, institutional principles, and historical analysis methods for the development of certain industrial countries. For the research and manufacturing of technical equipment, a multidisciplinary development system should be established according to the ideas of cybernetics and similar theories. In order to obtain the best results (mainly economic effects) in the entire process of technical equipment and service, based on the efficient maintenance of the circular model in Hoesch, Japan, the author proposed the concept of “spiral guided mode”. Also for China’s equipment management and “no maintenance design,” the direction of development, put forward some insights.
