质谱仪是带电粒子在电场和磁场中运动的一个典型应用。通过OpenGL编程模拟实现的质谱仪,可以观察离子在电场和磁场中的动态运动轨迹,并通过旋转还可以从不同方向观察离子的运动。该演示系统还具有数据处理功能,可以便捷地计算出离子的质量、电量及运动的轨道半径等数据。该系统动态演示效果好,操作方便,可用于课堂或实验教学中。
Mass spectrometry is a typical application of charged particles in electric and magnetic fields.
