[目的]建立一种简便、高效筛选高效氟氯氰菊酯纳米乳液最佳配方的方法。[方法]采用单因素及三角坐标图法,以乳液粒径、多分散系数、热贮稳定性和表面张力为评价指标,对2.5%高效氟氯氰菊酯的纳米乳液配方进行优化。[结果]通过单因素法筛选出亲水亲油平衡值为11.0的复合配方表面活性剂(Span80∶Tween80)。通过三角坐标图法筛选出2.5%高效氟氯氰菊酯的最佳纳米乳液配方(表面活性剂6.6%,液体白蜡10%,水83.4%)。[结论]采用三角坐标图法能快速筛选出农药纳米乳液的最佳配方,该方法简便、高效,具有良好的实用性与经济性。
[Objective] To establish a simple and efficient screening method for the optimal formulation of beta-cyfluthrin nanoemulsion. [Method] The formulation of 2.5% beta-cypermethrin nanoemulsion was optimized by single factor and trigonometric plot method with the evaluation of emulsion particle size, polydispersity, thermal storage stability and surface tension. [Result] The composite prescription surfactant (Span80: Tween80) with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of 11.0 was screened by single factor method. The best nanoemulsion formulation of 2.5% beta-cyfluthrin was screened by triangular coordinate method (surfactant 6.6%, liquid white wax 10%, water 83.4%). [Conclusion] The best formula of pesticide nanoemulsion could be quickly screened by the triangular coordinate method. The method is simple and efficient, and has good practicability and economy.
