目的研究啶虫脒在枸杞中的残留动态。方法采用气相色谱法,样品经乙腈提取,弗罗里矽色谱柱净化,采用HP-5柱,载气为氮气,体积流量1mL/min;进样口温度200℃、柱温180℃、检测器320℃。结果样品的添加回收率为89.5%~93.5%,RSD为2.19%。啶虫脒在枸杞中的半衰期为2.16d,施药14d后残留量降至9.3μg/kg,最终残留在4.0μg/kg以下。结论在正常喷药浓度的加倍剂量1000倍条件下,根据不同标准,枸杞的安全采收间隔期为5~9d以上。
Objective To study the residual activity of acetamiprid in Chinese wolfberry. Methods Gas chromatography was used. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned with Florisil. The column was HP-5. The carrier gas was nitrogen and the volume flow rate was 1 mL / min. The inlet temperature was 200 ℃ and the column temperature was 180 ℃. The detector 320 ° C. Results The recoveries of samples were 89.5% ~ 93.5% with RSD of 2.19%. The half-life of acetamiprid in Chinese wolfberry was 2.16 days, and the residual amount of acetamiprid was reduced to 9.3μg / kg after 14 days. The final residue was below 4.0μg / kg. Conclusion According to different standards, the safety recovery interval of Lycium barbarum is more than 5 ~ 9d under the condition of 1000 times of normal dose.
