以河北省迁西县板栗‘燕山早丰’芽苗和1年苗为砧木,‘燕山早丰’、‘大板红’和‘2005-1’为接穗,采用Parafilm封口膜、塑料条、铝箔和中性密封胶为封口材料,进行单芽砧、双芽砧及1年砧嫁接试验,研究了封口材料与砧穗不同组合对嫁接愈合时间、成活率及新梢生长的影响。结果表明:3个板栗品种中,以‘燕山早丰’为接穗时成活率最高,达到78.1%;Parafilm封口膜更有助于接口愈合,成活率达到81.4%,且愈合仅为17.3d,比其它材料缩短愈合时间3~6d;1年幼砧嫁接成活率高达91.1%,新梢生长量为19.4cm,显著优于芽砧嫁接,双芽砧显著优于单芽砧嫁接,但后期生长仍需进一步观察。
