在位于鲁北平原的宁津县,有一个远近闻名的小村——张宅乡红庙李村。这些年来,村党支部一班人坚持以民为本,决策讲民主,办事重民意,全村呈现出政通人和、人心思上、两个文明齐发展的可喜局面。十多年来,全村没发生一起刑事案件、没有一个告状上访、没出现一例计划外生育,84％的农户成为十星级文明户。他们的做法得到了省委书记吴官正的高度评价。
In Ningjin County, located in the Lubei Plain, there is a well-known small village - Zhang Zhaoxiang Hongmiao Li Village. Over the years, a group of people in the party branch of the village have adhered to the principle of taking the people as the basis, making decisions in the name of democracy, and focusing their efforts on public opinions. The whole village shows a gratifying situation of political development, people thinking and development of both civilizations. Over the past decade or so, there have been no criminal cases in the village, no petition petition, no case of unplanned birth, and 84% of farmers becoming ten-star civilized households. Their approach has been highly praised by Wu Guanzheng, Party Secretary of the CPC Central Committee.
