孔子说:“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”学生的知识和能力只能来源于自身的学习活动。培养学生学习数学的兴趣,引导他们自主发展,是培养学生具备各方面能力的需要。课堂上如果没有了学生的积极参与、没有了合作交流的兴趣,哪来思维碰撞火花,谈何发展和创新呢?我们只有顺应孩子们的心理特征,循序渐进,导其志趣,才能有效地培养学生学习的兴趣,促进学生主动、积极的学习。通过近些年的教学探讨,我是从下面几个方面去做的:一、以情激趣。学生要想获得实实在在的发展,真实的表述自己的想法是必要的前提,教师要努力为学生营造敢说敢为的宽松氛围。
