本文研究了新的指示反应——钒(V)催化氯酸钾氧化邻苯二胺与磺基水杨酸有显色反应,确定了测定超痕量钒(V)的适宜条件。在450nm处测定显色产物的吸光值,灵敏度按表观摩尔吸光系数ε为3.6×10~7L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),测定钒量的范围为0.02~1.5ng/mL。应用于土壤及水样中痕量钒的测定。
In this paper, a new indicator reaction-vanadium (V) -catalyzed oxidation of o-phenylenediamine with sulfosalicylic acid by potassium chlorate was studied. The suitable conditions for the determination of ultra-trace vanadium (V) were determined. The absorbance of the product was measured at 450 nm. The sensitivity was expressed as 3.6 × 10 -7 L · mol -1 (cm -1) for the apparent molar absorptivity ε and the range of 0.02 ~ 1.5 ng / mL. Used in the determination of trace amounts of vanadium in soil and water samples.
