研究了等离子喷涂单一MoSi2涂层在不同的热处理工艺条件下发生的变化,结果表明650℃保温1h,试样出现粉化现象,750℃保温1h试样背面出现Mo的氧化物晶体,这为自愈合现象的存在提供了前提条件,对研究热障涂层中MoSi2的作用机理有一定指导意义。
The results show that the microstructure of the MoSi2 coating is different from that of the single plasma sprayed MoSi2 coating.
