目的:了解漳州市平和县降氟改水工程运行情况及其效果。方法:严格按照《中央补助公共卫生专项资金地方病防治项目技术方案》的要求,抽取4个地氟病区村进行流行病学调查。结果:居民饮用水水氟含量监测:出厂水3份均合格;末稍水12份,超标1份。8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率为7.5%,尿氟中位数为0.70 mg/L;对临床诊断的氟骨症成年患者15人进行X线拍片,结果均正常。结论:平和县地氟病区的病情得到有效控制。针对个别村改水后水源水量不足的问题,建议做好改水工程工作,确保病区群众能长期饮用合格水,脱离地氟病的危害。
Objective: To understand the operation and effect of fluoride reduction and water diversion project in Pinghe County, Zhangzhou City. Methods: In strict accordance with the “Central Plains subsidies for public health endemic disease prevention and control project technical programs,” the request of four prefectural endemic fluorosis ward epidemiological survey. Results: Residents drinking water fluoride content monitoring: 3 were ex-factory water were qualified; the final water 12, exceeding 1. The prevalence of dental fluorosis in children aged 8 ~ 12 years was 7.5%, and the median urinary fluoride was 0.70 mg / L. X - ray filming was performed on 15 cases of adult patients with skeletal fluorosis. The results were normal. Conclusion: The condition of deaf-fluorosis in Pinghe County has been effectively controlled. Aiming at the problem of insufficient quantity of water in individual villages after water diversion, it is suggested to do a good job of water diversion works so as to ensure that people in the wards can drink qualified water for a long time and get rid of the harm of fluorine disease.
