本文针对长沙坝、葫芦口灌溉梯级水库发电季节性强和年际变动大,可靠性差等问题,研究了改善和克服这些矛盾的可能性。作者应用两库联合调度补偿调节的原理,拟定了梯级的保证出力运行方式,并通过27年来用水资料的长系列操作,证实了在充分保证灌溉供水效益的前提下,为电力系统提供保证电能和保证出力。 文中研究了一定年保证电能情况下的不同负荷分配方案。并推荐了最佳方案可供水库管理部门应用。计算由电子计算机实现。
In this paper, for Changsha dam, Hulukou irrigation cascade hydropower generation seasonal strong and interannual changes in large, poor reliability and other issues, to study to improve and overcome the possibility of these contradictions.
