本文通过对美国的“房利美”、“房地美”两家房贷担保公司所面临的财务危机及目前我国一些知名奶粉生产企业所遇到的困境,强调企业战略及企业财务战略企业的发展过程中的重要性,引入在企业战略及企业财务战略的概念基础上,针对目前主流的两种财务战略分析模式:基于发展阶段的财务战略分析和基于创造价值/增长率的财务战略分析,结合客运企业的自身特别点,分别作阐述。最后指出财务战略分析理论与实务操作过程中的异同。
Through the financial crisis faced by the two mortgage guarantee companies in the United States like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the current difficulties encountered by some well-known milk powder manufacturers in China, this paper emphasizes the corporate strategy and corporate finance Based on the concept of enterprise strategy and enterprise financial strategy, this paper introduces two main financial strategy analysis modes: financial strategy based on development stage and financial based on value creation / growth rate Strategic analysis, combined with the passenger company’s own special points, respectively, to elaborate. Finally, it points out the similarities and differences in the operation of financial strategy analysis theory and practice.
