本文介绍一种适用于两底面不平行的且球心在球台体外部的球面半径测量方法,同样也适用于两底面平行的球心在球台体外部的球面半径测量。一、测量原理测量装置如图1所示。选取合适尺寸的量块两块,(如图量块1)平行地研合在测量工作台上。量块问的总宽度等于或略小于球台小底面直径。将被测球台小底面研合在量块1上如图。选取量柱置于工作台上并在球台两边与球台相切。测量得到尺寸M_1。然后选取合适尺寸的量块2两块研合在测量工作台上并在球台体两边。将量柱置于量块上,与量块上表面相切并与球面相切。测量M_2。最后由各尺寸之间的几何关系计算得到球
This paper introduces a method for measuring the radius of a sphere whose two bases are not parallel to each other and whose center of sphere is outside the platform. The method also applies to measuring the radius of the sphere outside the platform of a ball with two bases parallel to each other. The total width of the measuring block is equal to or slightly less than the diameter of the small bottom of the table.
