以人的浆液性卵巢上皮癌细胞系HO-8910为抗原,制备分泌抗卵巢癌单克隆抗体的杂交瘤,经间接免疫荧光组化鉴定证实。制备的单克隆抗体0C1C3与HO-8910呈强阳性反应,与其他肿瘤细胞系则无反应或反应极弱。在冰冻切片中,单克隆抗体OC1C3与卵巢恶性肿瘤呈强阳性反应(7/8),与绒癌有部分交叉反应(1/2),与正常卵巢和胚胎组织无反应。结果表明OC1C3是卵巢恶性肿瘤的一种特异性抗原的单克隆抗体。为进一步改善卵巢恶性肿瘤的免疫诊断方法提供了有利的基础。
Using a human serous ovarian epithelial carcinoma cell line HO-8910 as an antigen, a hybridoma secreting an anti-ovarian cancer monoclonal antibody was prepared and confirmed by indirect immunofluorescence histochemical identification. The prepared monoclonal antibody 0C1C3 showed a strong positive reaction with HO-8910 and no reaction or very weak reaction with other tumor cell lines. In frozen sections, the monoclonal antibody OC1C3 was strongly positive (7/8) with malignant ovarian tumors, partially cross-reacted (1/2) with choriocarcinoma, and had no reaction with normal ovarian and embryonic tissues. The results showed that OC1C3 is a monoclonal antibody specific for ovarian malignancy. It provides a favorable basis for further improving the immunological diagnosis of ovarian malignancy.
