多年来,长春外国语学校在新课程理念的引领下,依据因材施教原则和多元智能理论,面向每一个学生,正视差异,尊重差异,进行了差异性教学的研究与实验。差异性教学打破了传统的班级授课制这种惟一的教学组织形式,改变了学校教学千篇一律、整齐划一的束缚,使教学过程中教师与学生的角色发生了变化,促进了素质教育的有效开展。
Over the years, under the guidance of the new curriculum concept, Changchun Foreign Languages School has conducted research and experiments on differentiated teaching based on the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes and the theory of multiple intelligences, facing each student, addressing differences and respects differences. Differentiated teaching breaks the traditional form of teaching and learning in classroom teaching, which has changed the stereotyped teaching style and changed the roles of teachers and students in the process of teaching and promoted the effective development of quality education.
