将乙烯原料优化与企业生产计划优化相结合,既能保证乙烯生产企业的原料供给,又有利于提升石化企业的整体经济效益,实现了炼化一体化的目标。本文通过建立裂解产物收率模型预测乙烯裂解过程产物收率,并将其与图形化石化工业模拟系统(GIOPIMS)相集成,替换原有模拟系统中乙烯热裂解收率的固定经验值,建立起了与乙烯原料优化相结合的生产计划模型,并通过求解得到了最佳的排产方案。实例表明,集成后的系统不仅能够准确给出乙烯原料优化方案,优化了原料选择和配置,提高了企业经济效益,同时使生产计划模型更加符合实际情况,得到的优化方案效果更好。
The combination of ethylene raw material optimization and enterprise production planning optimization can not only ensure the raw material supply of ethylene production enterprises but also help to enhance the overall economic benefits of petrochemical enterprises and achieve the goal of refining and chemical integration. In this paper, the yields of ethylene cracking products were predicted by establishing a yield model of the pyrolysis products and integrated with the graphical petrochemical industry simulation system (GIOPIMS) to replace the fixed experience value of ethylene pyrolysis yield in the original simulation system. With the optimization of ethylene raw materials combined with the production planning model, and by solving the best scheduling program. The example shows that the integrated system can not only give the ethylene raw material optimization scheme accurately, optimize the material selection and configuration, improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise, at the same time make the production planning model more accord with the actual situation, and the optimized scheme is better.
