Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid economic development, the living standards of the country and people have undergone tremendous changes, and the material living standards of the people have changed exponentially. Under the current situation, the pursuit of culture and education in our country and people has also been markedly changed. With the promulgation of the national policy, education investment has now been greatly improved, teaching facilities have been updated, teaching settings and means of diversity, specialized classrooms are equipped, we can say everything. All of these benefited from the economic and technological development in our country and more adequate investment in education. And primary and secondary school teachers also have a greater level of teaching, higher academic qualifications and school supervision of teachers and the level of supervision and requirements, which make teaching quality improvement. Both the hardware and software are optimized. Under such a prosperous momentum, aesthetic quality education is a situation in which one eye is closed. The popularity of fine arts courses in primary and secondary schools in the first and second tier cities is still relatively good, but the primary and secondary school art courses in the township are dwarfed. In terms of faculty, primary and secondary schools in townships and townships have also been greatly improved nowadays. However, fine arts courses have become dispensable courses, and most schools are trying their best to sell dog meat. There are courses in the art class name, the actual teaching has become the number of languages and other major subjects. Based on the present situation of fine arts courses in primary and secondary schools in townships and townships, combined with my own practical experience in the teaching system of primary and secondary schools in townships, we try to analyze the subjective and objective reasons for this phenomenon from an individual perspective, As a case analysis. In this way, more people are urged to pay attention to this phenomenon and provide the future of our children with a soil suitable for their growth.
