大学英语教师的可持续发展是实施教学创新和提高学生可持续学习的重要保证,应该建立适应时代需求的教师教育体系,推进我国大学教师教育改革的深入发展,促进大学英语教师的可持续发展。目前大学英语教师的自主发展意识淡薄,可持续发展动机不强;知识结构不合理,无创新意识;相关考核制度不健全,培训制度不完善。MOOCs的兴起为大学教师的可持续发展提供了新途径,有利于教师“自学自励”和“主动有为”。
The sustainable development of college English teachers is an important guarantee to implement teaching innovation and improve students ’sustainable learning. Teachers’ education system adapting to the needs of the times should be established to promote the further development of college teacher education reform in our country and to promote the sustainable development of college English teachers. At present, college English teachers are weak in self-development and have poor motivation for sustainable development. The knowledge structure is irrational and non-innovative. The relevant examination system is not perfect and the training system is not perfect. The rise of MOOCs provides a new way for the sustainable development of university teachers, which is conducive to teachers “self-learning and self-reliance ” and “proactive ”.
