了解D80A推土机转向离合器的工作原理,有利于其故障的分析与排除。1 工作原理D80A推土机转向离合器如图所示。从液压泵来的油,经进油孔到调压阀,当油压P达到1Ma(10.3kgf/cm~2)时,调压阀出油口打开,油液进入两个换向阀的Ⅲ腔内。左换向阀在接合位置时,油液由Ⅲ腔→Ⅱ腔→油管11→轮壳→活塞14左边产生压力。活塞在弹簧和油压推动下,带动主动片左移紧压在摩擦17上,带动从动片18将动力传出。弹簧和油压推力为F推。
