March 16, 2015 Ningxia spring seedling trade fair opened in Helan Horticultural Industry Park. More than 110 units from more than 10 provinces and regions including Ningxia and Shandong, Liaoning, Tianjin and Shaanxi participated in the fair, displaying hundreds of seedling flower varieties. Autonomous Region Vice President Qu Yuanyu was invited to attend the fair and announced the opening of the Fair. Mr. Wang Wenyu, party secretary and director of the Forestry Department of the autonomous region, addressed the opening ceremony. Deputy Director Jin Shaoqin presided over the opening ceremony of the Fair.
