板蓝根为十字花科植物菘蓝Isatis tinct-oria L.的干燥根。据文献报道,其化学成分主要含有靛蓝、靛玉红、β-谷甾醇、吲哚甙、芥子甙以及7种氨基酸(精氨酸、谷氨酸、酪氨酸、脯氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸)、糖类等。为了能初步控制板蓝根药材及制剂的质量,比较药材与制剂之间化学成分的差别,本文应用薄层层析和纸层析的方法,对江苏和甘肃两地产的板蓝根(鉴定均为菘蓝的根)药材及两种板蓝根制剂(干糖浆、注射剂)中主要成分进行了层析比较。现介绍如下。一、层析点样液的制备
Radix is the dried root of Isatis tinct-oria L., a cruciferous plant. According to reports in the literature, its chemical constituents mainly contain indigo, indirubin, β-sitosterol, anthraquinone, mustard, and 7 amino acids (arginine, glutamic acid, tyrosine, valine, proline (Leucine, gamma-aminobutyric acid), sugars, etc. In order to preliminarily control the quality of Radix isatidis medicinal materials and preparations, and to compare the differences in chemical composition between medicinal herbs and preparations, this paper applied thin-layer chromatography and paper chromatography methods to identify Radix Isatidis from two real estates in Jiangsu and Gansu Provinces. Comparing the chromatograms of the main components of the root and the two Radix isatidis preparations (dry syrup, injections). The introduction is as follows. First, the preparation of chromatographic spot solution
