目的比较葛根芩连汤及其拆方对UC大鼠结肠平滑肌线粒体跨膜电位的影响,探讨葛根芩连汤中哪些药物或药物组合对UC大鼠结肠组织中平滑肌线粒体跨膜电位的影响最明显,并探讨其作用机制。方法 将120只大鼠随机分为8组,采用三硝基本磺酸(TNBS)/乙醇法建立UC模型,分别给予葛根芩连汤及其拆方连续灌胃4W后停药,流式细胞仪测线粒体跨膜电位。结果 模型组大鼠结肠平滑肌线粒体跨膜电位显著低于其它各组。全方组、全方去黄芩组、全方去甘草组明显高于模型组(P<0.01),其次为去葛根组、全方去黄连组、全方去葛根黄连组(P<0.05)。结论 葛根芩连汤及其拆方中对UC大鼠结肠平滑肌线粒体跨膜电位的影响最明显的药组是葛根、黄连、炙甘草的组合,葛根、黄连、炙甘草的组合具有较好的重建和修复结肠组织黏膜及恢复结肠平滑肌功能的作用。

Conclusions The effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction and its disassembled formulas on the mitochondrial transmembrane potential of colonic smooth muscle in UC rats is the combination of puerarin, berberine and Zhigancao. The combination of puerarin, berberine and Zhigancao has the best reconstruction And repair colon mucosa and restore the function of colon smooth muscle function.
