研究了纤维素酶、木聚糖酶处理对杨木CTMP纸浆物理性能的影响,并采用纤维质量分析仪和X射线衍射分析仪分析观察了生物酶处理后纤维形态及结晶指数的变化。结果表明,纸浆经酶处理后,纸页的抗张指数、耐破指数、撕裂指数均有不同程度的提高。细小纤维含量和纤维扭结指数降低,纤维平均长度和纤维粗度增加。最佳酶处理条件下,CTMP经纤维素酶或木聚糖酶处理后,纸浆的得率基本未受影响,纸浆的结晶指数变化也不大。
The effects of cellulase and xylanase treatment on the physical properties of poplar CTMP pulp were studied. The changes of fiber morphology and crystallinity index of the CTMP pulps were observed by fiber mass spectrometer and X-ray diffraction analyzer. The results showed that after the pulp was treated by enzyme, the tensile index, burst index and tear index of the paper sheets all increased to some extent. Finer fiber content and fiber kink index decreased, the average fiber length and fiber thickness increased. Under the optimum conditions of enzyme treatment, the yield of pulp was basically unaffected and the change of crystallinity index of pulp did not change after CTMP was treated with cellulase or xylanase.
