针对分布式控制系统的开放式要求，通过对组态系统功能要求及其实现的根本问题的分析，结合Ｗｅｂ 的功能及应用，提出了一种新的开放式工控组态系统体系结构，并重点就现有这种结构的主要技术———Ｊａｖａ作了分析设计。
