为了在综合评价布敦岩沥青改性沥青混合料路用性能和经济效益的基础上确定岩沥青合理掺量范围,采用试验室干拌工艺制备改性沥青混合料,并对其进行对比研究。研究中通过调整矿粉掺量保证不同掺量时混合料级配的一致性,并提出采用经济-性能比指标对岩沥青改性沥青混合料的路用性能和经济性进行比较。研究中计算了不同岩沥青掺量时,所制备的沥青混合料的经济-性能比指标,通过综合比较确定布敦岩沥青在AC-20级配中的合理掺量范围为2.7%~3.1%,为岩沥青的应用提供了参考。
In order to determine the reasonable dosage range of rock asphalt based on the comprehensive evaluation of the road performance and economic benefits of the modified asphalt mixture of Boudou rock asphalt, the dry mix process was used to prepare the modified asphalt mixture and the comparative study was conducted. In the study, the consistency of mixture gradation was guaranteed by adjusting the content of ore powder, and the road performance and economy of rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture were compared by economic-performance index. In the study, the economic-performance indexes of asphalt mixture prepared with different rock asphalt contents were calculated.
