从原材料、施工速度、压实程度、养生、抗冻性、现场取芯等方面对水泥稳定碎石进行了室内和室外试验研究,研究表明:从水泥稳定碎石所用原材料、施工速度、压实程度、养生等4个方面加强控制,提高其无侧限抗压强度,进而可以提高水泥稳定碎石基层的抗冻融性能;在施工过程中,通过加强原材料检测、混合料配合比的优化、离析控制,保证了水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度,解决了水泥稳定碎石基层裸露过冬的抗冻性问题。本研究为以后在高寒季冻区条件下水泥稳定碎石基层的施工提供了宝贵经验。
The research on indoor and outdoor tests of cement stabilized macadam from the aspects of raw materials, construction speed, degree of compaction, health care, frost resistance and on-site coring, etc. The results show that: from the raw materials used in cement stabilized macadam, construction speed, Degree and health of the four aspects to strengthen control and increase its unconfined compressive strength, and thus can improve the anti-freeze-thaw performance of cement stabilized gravel base; in the construction process, through the strengthening of raw material testing, mix optimization, The segregation control ensures the unconfined compressive strength of the cement-stabilized macadam and solves the frost resistance problem of the cement stabilized macadam base exposed overwintering. This study provided valuable experience for the construction of cement stabilized macadam base later in the alpine season.
