上海市福山外国语小学采用一校多址的管理模式,数学组是由五个校区的50多名数学教师组成的庞大团队。因此,加强校区之间教师教研合作力度,平衡、优化数学教学质量,一度成为我们团队发展的难题。如何让距离较远的五个校区的教师们拧成一股绳,成为一个学习研究型的教师合作团队,开展有效的校本教研,从而促进教学质量提升,为此我们进行了不懈努力。
Shanghai Fushan Foreign Languages Primary School employs a multiple-site management model for one school. The math group is a large team of more than 50 math teachers from five campuses. Therefore, to strengthen the cooperation between teachers and researchers in campus, to balance and optimize the quality of mathematics teaching was once a problem for our team development. We have made unremitting efforts to help teachers in five campuses further away to become a learning and research team of teachers and carry out effective school-based teaching and research to promote the improvement of teaching quality.
