预应力混凝土结构是大跨度桥梁的主要结构形式,可以提高桥梁结构的跨度和抗裂性。但是预应力混凝土结构对施工的的技术要求较高,如果张拉工艺和压浆工艺施工不到位,就会造成预应力混凝土结构的工程质量,引发各种病害,影响工程建设的质量。本文根据长期的工程实践经验,对桥梁预应力智能张拉与压浆技术进行了阐述,希望能够对类似工程和项目提供参考和借鉴意义。
Prestressed concrete structures are the main structural forms of long-span bridges, which can improve the span and crack resistance of the bridge structure. However, the prestressed concrete structure has high technical requirements for construction. If the construction of the tensioning process and the grouting process is not in place, the quality of the prestressed concrete structure will be caused, causing various diseases and affecting the quality of the construction. Based on the long-term engineering experience, this paper elaborates on the intelligent prestressing and grouting technology of bridges, and hopes to provide reference and reference for similar projects and projects.
