对于某些螺距和直径较大的单头或多头螺纹,若以铣制的方法代替车加工,不仅效率高,质量好,而且还能减轻工人的劳动强度。一九七六年底,我们为一台C618车床设计了两套能分别与其从动皮带轮和中拖板相互置换的装置,可以在需要的时候,将这种普通车床变为铣制螺纹的专用铣床,亦能在不需要时,方便地还原。经四年多的使用,效果很好。下面就两套装置的结构和如何利用它们在车床上铣制螺纹的方法简介如下。
