流行性脑脊髓膜炎(以下简称流脑)是冬春季常见的急性传染病。1975年春,郑州地区发病率有所增加。但在各级党委的领导下,发动群众,积极采取预防措施,疫情很快得到控制。郊区各公社,由于合作医疗事业和赤脚医生队伍的迅速发展,在扑灭疫情中发挥了显著作用。我院自75年元月上旬至六月下旬共收治流脑431例,现将治疗情况小结于后。 Epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis (hereinafter referred to as meningitis) is a common acute infection in winter and spring. The spring of 1975, the incidence of Zhengzhou has increased. However, under the leadership of the Party committees at all levels, they mobilized the masses and took proactive preventive measures. The outbreak was quickly brought under control. In the suburban communes, due to the rapid development of the cooperative medical service and the team of barefoot doctors, they have played a significant role in the suppression of the epidemic. Our hospital from 75 years early January to late June were treated 436 cases of meningitis, the treatment is summarized in the post.
