课堂教学是具有双主体性的师生间交互活动的过程。学生作为学习的主体,来到课堂就是为了丰富自己、发展自己和完善自己。他们在课堂学习过程中,一是追求成功所带来的积极情感,如自我满足、自尊等;二是避免失败所带来的消极情感,如悲伤、畏惧、屈辱等。教师的责任是既教书又育人,必须具有满足学生发展需求的相关素质,才能扮演好与其责任相适应的定位角色。在新课改的历史背景下,教师必须坚持以人为本,坚持独立思考,坚持适度讲解,坚守记忆,从而能真正担当起“至真良师”“至善益友”“至美导师”的角色。
