印模膏是口腔修复常用的非弹性可逆印模材料,它具有加热软化,冷却变硬的特性,在其加热软化后有一定的可塑性和韧性,在反复使用过程中由于某些成分的流失会出现老化现象,以至无法使用。 印模膏的主要成分是萜二烯树脂和其它辅助材料硬脂酸、滑石粉、颜料等,硬脂酸在其中调节着印模膏的可塑性、韧性和软化点,在加热过程中作为低熔成分的硬脂酸的溶解流失就使印模膏出现老化。 我们在废旧印模膏中加入液体石蜡以增补硬脂酸的不足,恢复了印模膏原有的性能,使其得到再生利用,实用效果十分满意,现介绍如下:
