为观察鸦胆子油乳注射液(简称鸦油乳)对膀胱癌细胞的作用,探讨其抑制膀胱癌的机制,将不同浓度的鸦油乳加入体外培养的人膀胱细胞系BIU-87细胞,观察其对BIU-87细胞生长、组织结构及细胞周期的影响。结果表明,鸦油乳对BIU-87细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用,可直接破坏膀胱癌细胞膜、线粒体膜、内质网膜及核膜等膜性系统,使膀胱癌细胞变性并坏死:鸦油乳可阻止BIU-87细胞由G_0/G_1期向S期进展,抑制DNA合成。结论:鸦油乳对膀胱癌细胞确有明显的抑制作用,为临床应用鸦油乳治疗膀胱癌提供了实验依据。
To observe the effect of Brucea javanica oil injection on bladder cancer cells and explore its mechanism of inhibiting bladder cancer, different concentrations of human milk extract were added into human bladder cancer cell line BIU-87 cells observed Its BIU-87 cell growth, tissue structure and cell cycle. The results showed that crow’s milk significantly inhibited the growth of BIU-87 cells and directly destroyed the membrane system of bladder cancer cell membrane, mitochondrial membrane, endoplasmic reticulum membrane and nuclear membrane, degeneration and necrosis of bladder cancer cells. Oil emulsion can prevent BIU-87 cells from progressing from G_0 / G_1 phase to S phase and inhibiting DNA synthesis. CONCLUSION: Crow’s milk has obvious inhibitory effect on bladder cancer cells, which provides an experimental basis for clinical application of crow’s milk in treating bladder cancer.
