用全自动界面张力仪研究了羧基化聚醚有机硅表面活性剂CPES水溶液的界面张力、临界胶束浓度(CMC)、发泡稳泡性、增溶力以及配伍性等。结果表明,CPES具有良好的表面活性及发泡稳泡性能,其CMC为4×10-6mol/L,γcmc为32.58dyn/cm。5g/L CPES水溶液对5#机油的增溶力达到了44.32%,而对八甲基环四硅氧烷D4的增溶力则达到了71.4%。将CPES与非离子表面活性剂复配,有助于改善体系的浊点。而CPES与阴、阳离子树脂、助剂相混使用,无不良影响。
The interfacial tension, critical micelle concentration (CMC), foaming foam stability, solubilizing force and compatibilities of carboxylated polyether silicone surfactant CPES aqueous solution were investigated by using an automatic interfacial tension tester. The results showed that CPES had good surface activity and foaming and foam stability. Its CMC was 4 × 10-6mol / L, γcmc was 32.58dyn / cm. The solubilization capacity of 5 g / L CPES solution to 5 # oil reached 44.32%, while the solubilization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane D4 reached 71.4%. The combination of CPES with nonionic surfactants helps to improve the cloud point of the system. The CPES and anion, cation resin, additives mixed use, no adverse effects.
